What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disclosure Desk position at Highland Mortgage?
Requirements
- 3-5 year's mortgage experience
- At least 1 year's experience working on a disclosure desk
- Expert understanding on Changed Circumstances
- Can read and generate initial disclosure packages, redisclosed Loan Estimates and initial Closing Disclosures
- Experience generating disclosures for conventional, FHA and VA loan programs
- Experience with USDA, HELOCs, construction and renovations programs preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication – good with LOs and processors
- Experience working in a paperless environment / generally good with technology
- Production targets: 8-10 disclosure packages per day
- Service Level: 24 hour turn times (or less)
- Compensation commensurate with experience

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
