We are looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Production Coordinator/Office Admin to support our leadership team and enhance our client experience. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly, ensuring follow-through, and providing excellent service to our clients and partners.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident making decisions while remaining professional and friendly.
THE PLAN

- Answer phones and greet clients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage follow-ups on tasks, orders, and client requests
- Track outstanding items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the branch manager and loan team with administrative tasks
- Handle appropriate client questions independently
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and office organization
- Learn internal systems quickly and adapt as processes evolve
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and partners
- Take initiative to solve problems before escalating them
