Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders are expected to:

- Follow systems and enforce quality standards consistently
- Communicate clearly with crew members, leadership, and customers when needed
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean, organized, and job-ready
- Take ownership of crew performance, job quality, and daily execution
- Address issues early and uphold company standards without excuses
This is a performance leadership role, not just another job.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes and assigned properties
- Performing and overseeing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscape maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
- Training and coaching crew members in proper techniques, pace, and professionalism
- Following property-specific instructions and route details
- Completing daily equipment and vehicle checks
- Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Protecting company equipment, vehicles, and customer property
- Communicating job progress, issues, and needs to leadership
- Helping build a strong team culture based on pride, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Who This Role Is For

Who This Role Is NOT For

- Does not take care of equipment, trucks, or customer property

Minimum Requirements
- Experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or outdoor labor
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Willingness to learn, improve, and lead others
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass drug screening, if required
