Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time, on-site role located in Kyle, TX. The Sales Associate will assist customers in the home-buying process by providing excellent customer service, guiding them through available options, answering inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role also includes maintaining the model home, managing leads, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective homeowners. This position requires a professional and friendly demeanor, along with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales skills to engage with potential homeowners and guide them through the purchase process
- Communication and Interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and maintain a professional, friendly manner
- Organizational and Administrative skills for managing leads, tracking documentation, and supporting the sales process
- Familiarity with computer systems and sales tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and collaborate effectively with the sales team
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage
