What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Worker position at Highland Hills Apartments?
- Identify and remedy any safety issues as quickly as possible
- Assess fines when appropriate
- Maintain property appearance standards by:
- Picking up and disposing of litter
- Clean up area around dumpsters
- Maintain fences and other landscaping as needed
- Replace exterior light bulbs as needed
- Enforce parking permits
- Boot and tow vehicles that violate parking regulation
- Other duties as assigned
