Responsibilities
- Operate snow plowing equipment to clear driveways
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on tractor, plow, and blower
- Follow all safety protocols diligently while operating machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently during heavy snowfall events
Experience
- Previous outdoor work experience in snow removal or groundskeeping is highly preferred
- Familiarity with operating ground maintenance equipment such as snow plows, blowers, mowers, and power tools
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, plant identification, and irrigation systems management
- Understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation
