Dry Force is currently looking for an outstanding candidate to fill our open position of Field Operations Manager in the Austin Market. As part of this opportunity, we will provide the training, guide you towards your success in our industry, and provide you with a rewarding career.
Applicant must have extensive management and leadership experience as a manager in the restoration service industry. This position is for a manager who drives in a high-level stress environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Managing a medium size team
- Safety training
- Industry training
- Sales
- Drafting reports
- Scheduling
- Problem solving
- Implementing the office policies and procedures
- 50/50 Office Management/Field Management
- Reporting to upper management
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in restoration (preferred) or a related role
- IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged – WTR
- Experience in a management role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure quality in the field at the job sites
- Xactimate and DASH experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
