Park Lane New York, situated on Billionaires’ Row – home to the world’s most coveted addresses on

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
• Be inviting with guests and all levels of team members; smile, welcome warmly, introduce yourself, look for cues and anticipate needs
• Confirm reservations for each guest
• Be personal, use names while creating conversations; make meaningful recommendations, and share stories through your extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues
• Make a difference; listen carefully and respond quickly to guests needs and requests; ensure to follow up and make it right as appropriate to each guest situation/complaint
• Be memorable; tell great stories. Must have an attention to detail. Invite our guests to return and offer them a fond farewell
• Understand guests’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc. upon request from hotel guests
• Answer the phone and make reservations; take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls

Education and Experience

• Two years of experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Long hours are sometimes required
• Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
