Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and care planning processes
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
