Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker based in Charlotte, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the buying and selling process for clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferable
- Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina
