Who You Are
You’re a hands-on, proactive, experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. You anticipate issues before they become downtime, troubleshoot with confidence, and work well independently while supporting the broader production team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in Redzone.
- Manage parts and supply inventory for routine maintenance.
- Partner with operations and engineering to minimize downtime.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
- Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements.
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
- 4 years of preventive maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Solid communication and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- English proficiency (read, write, speak).
Position Details
This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position. Weekly hours will vary between 10 and 25 hours, and the schedule may change from week to week.
