A prestigious staffing firm are hiring for a lead A&F recruiter to sit directly alongside their experienced and high performing team. With huge earning potential, and fully remote working schedule.
A thriving desk focussing on recrutiing A&F roles in Chicago and across the US, retained & exclusive relationships, without internal competition - and very large fees, where the average recruiter is billing $400,000, taking home a minimum of $200,000
With an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Accounting & Finance space, the firm have a cemented client base covering financial services, corporate, retail and other sectors.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
− Strong base salary, hybrid working (San Diego), and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest A&F recruiting seat in New York.
