They maintain exclusive partnerships with both AM Law-ranked and boutique firms but are currently turning away business due to being understaffed. Transacting $1.7M between three team members, this is a high-performing team with strong potential for substantial growth.

What You Need:
- A strong foundation in Legal recruiting - Ideal candidates should generate at least $400,000–$500,000 in annual billings.
- A commercially minded operator who can balance quick wins with long-term strategy
