Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter – Inherited $1m Desk (Financial Services)
A rare opportunity to step into a fully established Accounting & Finance desk, inheriting $1m in active roles from day one. This desk services major Financial Services and Alternative Investment institutions across the U.S., offering immediate revenue potential with no initial business development required.
You’ll work directly with a founder billing $2M annually within A&F across alternative investments and trading firms a unique chance to learn from a top performer while scaling your own desk quickly.
What’s on offer:
- Base salary up to $200,000 up to 55% commission
- ~$500k live roles inherited on day one
- Average billing per head (2025): $830,000
- Top biller: $4M
- Hybrid working (1 day in office)
- Exclusive client relationships & highly mature book of business
- Equity, profit share & team overrides (if moving into leadership)
- Multiple 7-figure billers already in the team
