I’m partnering with a high-performing, well-established US search firm that’s looking to hire a Contract Team Lead to build and scale a SAP & Dynamics division from the ground up

The Opportunity
You’ll be stepping into a business that already has:
- A strong reputation across enterprise clients
- ~30x heads in NYC
- A high-performing contract function (8 head team)
- Mentorship from a $200k/m biller
- Proven $1m billers across Data & AI
Your role will be to take ownership of SAP & Dynamics, leveraging existing relationships while building out a specialist contract offering in a market that’s already producing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and scale a contract desk within SAP & Dynamics
- Develop and deepen enterprise relationships (MSA / SOW level)
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Hire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing recruiters (goal of 15 heads by EOY)
- Define your market strategy, vertical focus, and go-to-market approach
- Progress into full P&L ownership as the division scales
