Description
Higher Ground Behavioral Health is expanding. We are searching for clinicians who have a passion for their work, and are interested in joining a growing practice. Higher Ground Behavioral Health strives to provide the highest quality services to the clients we serve.
We see a wide variety of clients and offer services to children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. We accept most major insurances, including Medicare, and offer an extremely competitive hourly salary. Hours are very flexible. This is a part time position with a potential to grow into a full time role. A current license to practice is preferred, and up to date CAQH is also preferred.
We are looking for the following applicants:
- Licensed or license eligible in respective field required (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) and credentialed eligible required.
- Minimum of (1) year experience in providing therapy to adults and children.
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques, including de-escalation strategies
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 10 hours per week, evening availability preferred. Part-time hours are available. Hybrid model.
- Responsible for maintenance of clinical records including progress notes, treatment plans and other documentation in accordance with agency policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- PA and/or NJ License or license eligible: Psychologist, LPC or LCSW
- 1-2 years experience providing psychotherapy, use of evidence-based practices
- Specialization with a particular population and treatment modality
PREFERRED:
- Completed CAQH preferred
- Insurance credentials, but will assist with the process
Pay: $35.00 - $52.50 per hour
