The company has locations in New York City (Metro), Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, and Bozeman.We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in our Morristown, NJ office to provide direct support to 5 Partners located across the United States. This position involves managing daily administrative and operational tasks to help ensure the Partners’ time and priorities are well organized and executed efficiently.Start Date: ImmediateResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Monitor and manage Partners’ email inboxes, organizing correspondence, flagging urgent messages, and taking appropriate action, including proactively scheduling meetings, gathering source documentation, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups;Schedule meetings across multiple time zones (domestic and international), coordinating logistics and participant availability;Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and materials;Maintain detailed, running lists of priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items by topic in an organized, easy-to-track manner;Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed, including document management, internal scheduling, IT coordination, and general administrative support for the Morristown team;Maintain a structured networking and relationship management schedule by Partner, including contact details, last and next contact dates, and relevant notes;Lead and manage internal projects as assigned by Partners; andTrack action items and deliverables due by client and by internal working team or project, monitor completion and coordinate reminders as appropriateQualifications:College degree preferred, but not required;Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role;Ability to work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote;Ability to manage competing high-priority tasks calmly and efficientlyExperience in professional services; paralegal experience is a plus;Proven strength in email and inbox management, including drafting responses and flagging priorities;Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients;Excellent time-management and organizational skills; andProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.Compensation:Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 plus annual discretionary bonus opportunity.
