Job Title: PMO / Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Contract: Only W2 or 1099
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in a corporate environment through full-time employment or internships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to PMO methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience supporting Operations, PMO, Employee Relations, or other corporate functions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with reporting and dashboard management tools.
Additional Information
- Support PMO activities including project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with project plans, timelines, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Maintain project data and ensure integrity across documentation and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other functions.
- Support onboarding of new projects into the PMO framework.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support ad hoc PMO initiatives.
