Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Deliver a wide range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and ongoing wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation or related settings preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
