What You'll Do

Your responsibility is to create an experience that makes customers feel respected, informed, appreciated, and confident in their decision to call High Tide Plumbing.

Build Relationships

Your Responsibilities

• Follow ServiceTitan workflow
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Build and present estimates
• Work closely with your Field Supervisor
• Perform work the same day whenever possible
• Collect payment
• Take detailed jobsite photos
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Uphold company uniform standards
• Minimize callbacks
• Own and resolve any callbacks that occur
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
