Compensation: $50,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and performance

1-Tom-Plumber is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Plumber / Plumbing & Drain Technician to join our growing team.

We are a 24/7/365 emergency plumbing service company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Lafayette area. We specialize in service, repair, drain cleaning, and excavation. No new construction or remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing repairs, fixture installations, drain cleaning, and service work
• Perform backflow services when qualified and licensed
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and management
• Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service
• Complete estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and maintained
• Participate in our on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency calls
• Attend weekly training, company meetings, and Friday team breakfasts
• Take pride in your work and be the teammate everyone wants to work with

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana plumbing license
• Residential and/or commercial service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong plumbing knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
