Job Description
Overview
A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin? operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin? bakery products, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and bagels.
Responsibilities Include:
- Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
- Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
- Ensure equipment is used as designed
- Maintain a clean and organized staging area
- Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Work other positions as directed by supervisor
