Additionally, will assist in coordinating office activities with the Senior Administrative Coordinator and site leadership teams.

This is a 1st-shift opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility needed to come in early to provide support for off-shift special events.

Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors to the plant and work with managers to provide necessary safety gear for visitors
- Accurately enter data into operations systems and generating reports from that information
- Manage office supplies and orders for the plants
- Scanning & printing materials, assembling packets
- Assist in organizing all coworker functions
- Provide admin support to the plant manager and their leadership team
- High School diploma or GED required. Post secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment required, preferably in a front desk capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office products required. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential.
- Previous experience with SAP a plus!
