Dispensary Manager

High Society is in search of a Dispensary Manager for our location in Saline, MI. We are looking for an individual who can carry a high value on hospitality and quality care while offering our guests as well as team members a fun, engaging, and high energy environment. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, such as managing staff, inventory controls and achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
• Uphold our standard operating procedures with new and existing team members with continuous training and mentorship
• Develop and implement operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Understand the processes of receiving inventory, creating, and integrating it through cannabis processing systems (Metrc, Dutchie)
• Maximize daily sales plans, manage expenses, and improve revenue through sales floor leadership
• Identify inventory not moving and communicate with leadership on it
• Maintaining store compliancy
• Monitoring other locations in the area on promotions other brands
• Manage cash handling procedures
• Manage employee scheduling maximizing your workflow when needed
• Communicate with corporate team on inventory ordering
• Ensure that the store is always organized and clean

Requirements:

• Exhibits a high value on hospitality
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains, their effects, and medicinal benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiar with cash handling and management procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-directed, organized and detail oriented
• Able to work efficiently and accurately
• Passionate about serving the local cannabis community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to pass a background check
• 3 plus years in retail or food and beverage management
• 1 year in cannabis management
• Strong accounting, math and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
