Duties
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Manage content marketing initiatives including blog posts, website updates using WordPress, and HTML coding as needed.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams to optimize performance marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee E-commerce initiatives and product management activities to maximize online sales channels.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including print advertising and digital content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform strategic planning.
- Manage budgets for campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging visual content.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B marketing efforts and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- 1 year of Weed Maps Experience
- 1 year of Dutchie Experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Marketing automation tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
- Knowledge of performance marketing techniques including advertising sales and print advertising.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and product management processes.
- Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking for data interpretation and strategy development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
