Position Purpose:The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing marketing projects and providing coordination services across all KIRCO business groups, including Development, Construction, and Property Management, while ensuring the integrity of the KIRCO brands. This role will assist in the development of proposals, marketing presentations, and investment packages, as well as contribute to the management and upkeep of KIRCO websites and social media. Essential Job FunctionsCoordinate and manage the quality of all marketing materials supporting each business group within KIRCO.Assist in the development of proposals, investment packages, and marketing presentations for Development, Construction, and Property Management.Aid in the management of KIRCO websites.Gather information and materials to prepare work for accomplishment.Plan marketing concepts by understanding the needs of each business group.Design rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts.Obtain approval of marketing concepts by submitting rough layouts for approval.Prepare finished copy and art using typesetting, printing, and similar equipment.Ensure operation of marketing equipment by completing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.Utilize various social media outlets to support marketing objectives and campaigns.Assist with planning ground-breaking events and other special events.Produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts, and graphics using various software packages and visual aids.Assist staff with reports, projects, and presentations by organizing, researching, and gathering required data.Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc., to complete projects.Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications.Generate copies of printed marketing materials and ensure quality and consistency.Adhere strictly to KIRCO's graphic standards on all documents and presentation materials.Set up and maintain accurate marketing files and records (paper and electronic) for easy access. Educational/Experience RequirementsDemonstrated proficiency in various computer software applications related to graphic design and general business practices.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.Excellent creative writing skills and effective communication techniques.
