3:00pm - 11:30pm
Job Summary: Provide custodial and maintenance support for school district buildings, grounds, and equipment to provide for a clean and healthy environment for students and staff
WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Education/Certification /Licensure:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Boiler license appropriate to assigned building preferred
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
Experience:
- Custodial experience preferred
- Experience with boilers preferred
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- General cleaning knowledge
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to safely work with chemicals
- Knowledge of proper lifting technique
- Knowledge of operation of equipment that is required in performance of the job
- Ability to inter-relate with others and present a positive interaction with public, peers and administration in all communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Position requires exercising confidentiality in handling district information
