Compensation
- Based on the Wynne School District Salary Schedule.
Qualifications
- Valid Arkansas Teaching License.
- Arkansas Coaching Endorsement.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification.
- CDL or willingness to obtain CDL preferred.
Assistant Football Coaching Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Instruction
- Teach and develop student-athletes in position-specific skills during practices and games.
- Provide instruction, feedback, and evaluation to support athlete development.
Game Preparation
- Assist in developing offensive, defensive, and special teams strategies.
- Analyze game film and scout opponents.
Program Administration
- Support daily program operations, including equipment organization and travel logistics.
- Ensure compliance with AAA rules and district policies.
Academic Monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers and academic staff to monitor student-athlete progress.
- Support academic eligibility and accountability.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote athlete safety through proper technique and equipment usage.
- Monitor student-athlete well-being at all times.
Equipment Management
- Assist with inventorying, organizing, and maintaining all team equipment.
- Ensure proper use, care, and storage by players and staff.
- Report damaged or missing equipment and assist with repairs or replacement.

- Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technology.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and administer assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
Classroom Management
- Establish clear expectations and maintain a structured, respectful environment.
Student Support
- Provide individualized instruction and support diverse learning needs.
- Foster students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff.
Professional Responsibilities
