Position Title: Senior Manager, Terminal Operations

Responsibilities: Lead and manage terminal operations with full P&L accountability, including operational performance, safety, service, staffing, and cost management. Maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to improve service, strengthen partnerships, and support continued business growth.


Requirements: Prior experience managing automotive dedicated transportation operations.


Compensation: Base Salary, bonus, ESOP
