Our client is a well-established, asset-based transportation company experiencing continued growth and expanding its operations to meet increasing customer demand. They are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for their dedicated, regional, local, and intermodal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers for multiple operating divisions.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using a variety of recruiting sources.
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build relationships with prospective drivers and promote the company’s employment opportunities.
- Partner with operations and leadership to meet hiring goals and staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with applicable hiring regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers for a trucking or transportation company is required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements and driver qualification standards is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience.
