High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires a highly organized professional with proven experience supporting multiple executives, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
This position is on site Monday – Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, and executive events
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with strong attention to detail
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and firm events
- Assist with expense reporting and travel documentation
- Help maintain efficient office operations, including coordinating vendors, supplies, and facility-related needs
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics and collaborate with internal teams on operational projects
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Job Requirements
- 4 years providing administrative support to senior executives in the Private Equity industry
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with a highly professional presence
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience coordinating complex travel, meetings, and executive schedules
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
