Chief Financial Officer – Multi-location Services - Private Equity
Our client is a private equity sponsored multi-location engineered services enterprise positioned for significant growth and seeking a new Chief Financial Executive to help grow the business to the next level and beyond.
You will be working to an aggressive growth strategy, deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee a “lean and mean”, fast-paced team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and corporate development functions.
This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment, with a complex multi-location domestic model serving a sophisticated industrial customer base. You will wear multiple hats and focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business to drive organic growth, while overseeing acquisition integration plans and managing the banking relationships. This position requires significant multi-site services experience, overseeing a leveraged balance sheet and managing cash on a day-to-day basis. Ideally you will have a strong M&A background including full integrations and have experience overseeing the IT and HR functions.
