Commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced career Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Tarzana/San Fernando Valley.
Duties
- Track, monitor, and follow up on action items to ensure they remain on course.
- Maintain a detailed action list.
- Manage a complex calendar easily adapting to last-minute changes.
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Keep pace, think ahead and provide airtight follow up.
- Anticipate needs/changes before they arise – calendar conflicts, deadlines.
Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make astute decisions.
- Be proactive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to last-minute changes.
