Who We Are
High Point Land Company is one of the Midwest's leading land real estate brokerages and auction firms. We help landowners sell farmland, hunting ground, and rural acreage. Marketing is the engine that drives our growth, and this role is the person who keeps that engine running clean.
What You'll Actually Do
You will run the day-to-day execution of our marketing department. Every week, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking direction from the CMO and turning it into clear, repeatable workflows
- Managing the full marketing team's workload, deadlines, and accountability
- Building and maintaining every project board, automation, and process inside our project management platform
- Keeping campaign execution consistent across direct mail, email, social media, website, print, and occasional video
- Identifying where AI can streamline work, automate repetition, and increase output without adding headcount
- Coaching direct reports through clear expectations, regular feedback, and tight follow-through
- Reporting progress, blockers, and wins to leadership on a consistent cadence

- Campaigns ship on time. Every time.
- The team knows what they're doing today, this week, and this month without asking.
- Our project management platform is a real source of truth, not a graveyard of half-built boards.
- The CMO's vision shows up in the actual work, consistently, across every channel.
- AI is integrated into daily workflows in a way that saves the team real hours.
Who You Are
- You have 3 years managing a team or department
- You're comfortable working inside project management platforms like Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce, or similar
- Your attention to detail is borderline obsessive (in the best way)
- You've used AI tools to actually streamline something, not just play with ChatGPT
- You're a natural integrator who can take someone else's vision and execute it cleanly
- You communicate clearly in writing and in person
- You hold people accountable without being a jerk about it
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Marketing experience in any channel
- Graphic design experience or fluency with design tools
- Experience using Canva

- You're not someone who waits to be told what to do
- You're not someone who lets deadlines slip and hopes nobody notices
- You're not someone who avoids hard conversations with direct reports
- You're not someone who thinks AI is a fad
- You're not someone who builds a process once and then never improves it
The Offer
- $50,000 to $60,000 per year based on experience
- Full-time, salaried, W-2
- In-office at our Waverly, IA headquarters (this is not a remote role)
- Benefits per company policy
