About the Role
High Point Land Company is hiring a Graphic Designer who can produce consistent, on-brand marketing materials at a high pace and build the templates and systems that allow good design to scale across the team.
This is a hands-on production role with real ownership. The work you create goes directly to landowners, buyers, and bidders across the Midwest, and it has a measurable impact on listings won and properties sold.

High Point Land Company is one of the Midwest's leading land real estate brokerages and auction firms. We help landowners sell farmland, hunting ground, and rural acreage. Marketing is central to how we grow, and design is one of the most important functions on the team.
What You'll Do
You'll produce branded marketing materials that support property listings, auctions, and corporate campaigns across print and digital channels. Beyond individual deliverables, you'll build the templates and design systems the broader team uses, so the brand stays consistent and production scales without bottlenecks.

- Print files are production-ready and require no vendor rework
- Every project is organized in a clear folder structure with consistent naming and version control
- AI tools are integrated into the workflow to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
- Reliability. You set realistic deadlines and you hit them. Leadership and teammates can count on your word.
- Systems thinking. You design with duplication in mind. You build the template, not just the one-off.
- Consistency. You notice the small details: alignment, spacing, color accuracy, typography. You don't let inconsistent work leave your desk.
- Manager Experience a MAJOR plus
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, real estate, auction, or marketing environment)
- Active use of AI tools in your design workflow
- Strong organizational habits: folder structures, naming conventions, version control
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Solid understanding of print production: bleeds, crops, resolution, CMYK, and print-ready file preparation
- Ability to follow a project management system with light training (experience with Asana or Monday.com is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and competing deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrating clean layout, strong typography, and professional marketing work
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to brand consistency
- Clear, proactive communication

Compensation & Benefits
$55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio
Full-time, salaried, exempt
In-office at our Waverly, IA headquarters (this is not a remote role)
