Your Purpose
As a Member Representative, you will support members through a variety of financial needs while helping create a welcoming and solution-focused branch experience. This is a multi-functional role that includes Teller, Member Service, and Retail Lending responsibilities.
Teller Services
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust through friendly, professional interactions
- Recognize opportunities to improve the member experience during everyday transactions
Member Service
- Open and maintain personal and business accounts
- Assist members with account questions, wires, address changes, balances, reconciliations, and other account needs
- Educate members on products and services that may benefit their financial journey
- Balance member advocacy with regulatory and operational requirements
Retail Lending
- Assist members through the consumer loan process from application to closing
- Explain loan products and terms clearly and confidently
- Help create a smooth, supportive borrowing experience
Team & Operational Support
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and cross-functional learning
- Stay current on compliance, procedures, and regulatory expectations including Bank Secrecy Act requirements
- Support branch operations and teammates as needed
- Contribute positively to branch culture, teamwork, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in banking, cash handling, member service, retail lending, hospitality, customer service, or a similar relationship-focused role preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain financial information in a clear and approachable way
- Comfortable building rapport and having meaningful conversations with members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt, learn, and work across multiple functions
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals
Schedule / Location
- 38 hrs-40 per week, Monday through Friday. Core hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm
- This position is primarily located in Bradford, PA with local travel required for training and staffing needs.

The expected pay range for this position is $17.50-$25.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
