Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out and taking payments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, and courier services with attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple priorities efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive office atmosphere by demonstrating professionalism, excellent time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems.
