Your Daily Tasks Include
- Coordinating schedules and contract milestones
- Communicating with detailers, engineers, and vendors
- Tracking project documents, RFIs, and submittals in real time
- Reviewing drawings for design changes and developing change order pricing.
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
- Preparing clear, accurate weekly status reports
- Helping field teams avoid delays and solve problems fast

- 13 years of experience in structural steel, construction, or project coordination
- Familiarity with Tekla PowerFab, Project Sight, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to visit active job sites
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in construction environments
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
