What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families,
and groups, addressing diverse mental health needs with compassion and
expertise.
Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and
establish a strong foundation for effective treatment.
Design and implement personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that
empower clients and promote measurable progress.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
to ensure seamless, coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets agency
standards and supports continuity of care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through regular clinical
supervision, constructive feedback, and active participation in team
