Our Buckhead flagship is seeking an experienced Daytime Café Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering operational excellence while inspiring a team that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
No late nights. Ever.
Hours of Operation:
Daily: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role
As Daytime Café Manager, you will oversee the daily front of house operations, coach and develop team members, maintain our service standards, and ensure every guest leaves with an experience worth talking about.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor, solving problems quickly, motivating teams, and creating an energetic culture focused on excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop front of house team members
- Drive a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience from arrival through departure
- Manage labor, scheduling, and daily staffing needs
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and operational efficiency
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership to achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Ensure reservation flow and guest seating are optimized throughout service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience maintaining high hospitality standards in fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Reservation system experience (OpenTable, Resy, Yelp Guest Manager, or similar) is strongly preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
