Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some work-from-home days after onboarding. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our e-commerce platforms, including online sales, marketing strategies, and product listings. We sell via multiple channels, both B2B and D2C. Responsibilities include managing sales channels and automations, analyzing sales data, optimizing the online shopping experience, managing product listings and promotional campaigns, theme layout/design and backend functionality, and other objectives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and online sales management, preference given to those with Shopify experience, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, and/or those familiar with LeafLink or other cannabis marketplaces
- Experience in Marketing strategies, campaigns, and driving customer engagement
- Proven Sales abilities and achieving revenue targets
- Proactive and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with digital tools and trends in e-commerce technology
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
