Job Summary:

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between 5 Logistics and its fulfillment clients, overseeing all aspects of daily order management, inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of customer service expertise, operational understanding, and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of fulfillment processes and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

The Account Manager will coordinate closely with warehouse leads, operations management, and clients to maintain smooth fulfillment workflows and address any exceptions quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prioritize daily online order flow for our warehouse to pick and fulfill for shipments.

2) Utilize best shipping methods for customers to save costs and meet customer delivery expectation times.

3) Manage complex deliveries and LTL solutions for customers' B2B business.

4) Interact with the warehouse team leads on any issues that arise with customer shipments. Complete warehouse projects as needed for clients when the request is critical for the customer.

5) Support customers on ad-hoc requests that are generated on a monthly basis. Manage cost-per-order analysis for clients.

6) Participate in weekly meetings with leadership team to ensure we are providing the best possible service for our customers.

7) Assist in client onboarding to ensure the warehouse is set up for success. Document customer SLA's in company wiki software to ensure operational consistency for the new account.

8) Be an expert in your clients’ operations and identify pain points for our clients and out warehouse teams

9) Manage clients’ OMS accounts and help troubleshoot any issues that arise.

10) Review weekly billing to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.

- Microsoft Office proficiency with Word and Excel.

- Google Suite proficiency with Sheets, Gmail, and Docs.

- Demonstrated problem-solving history.

- Friendly customer-service attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems.

- Willingness to help warehouse staff during busy periods.

- Willingness to handle one-off client requests in the warehouse.

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000/year with additional Bonus Opportunity
