THE TYPE OF CUSTOM CABINETRY CABINET VISION DRAFTSPERSON/ENGINEER WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Mastery of Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD
- At least 10 years of millwork experience, including veneering and CNC work
- Experience in a LEAN organization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CUSTOM CABINETRY CABINET VISION DRAFTSPERSON/ENGINEER: This full-time hands-on position operates during standard business hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while leading a dynamic team of skilled craftsmen.
As the Customer Cabinetry Cabinet Vision Draftsperson/Engineer, your day will revolve around creation of accurate custom cabinet drawings. You will oversee all aspects of Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD, supervising our drafting team, ensuring that quality, precision and accuracy are prioritized. Throughout the day, you will train and coach your team members on drafting skills, fostering a culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you may conduct site measurements to confirm accuracy and collaborate with the design team to create construction details in drawings. Reviewing plans and preparing them for construction will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as will drawing kitchen and bath projects in Cabinet Vision and nesting parts for the CNC operator. You will also prepare cut lists for cabinet jobs, including fillers, crown, door lists, and drawer lists, while organizing and distributing work orders to maintain shop floor workflow. Furthermore, you will communicate and collaborate with installers and provide hands-on assistance in the shop as needed.
