The Role:
We’re seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be the welcoming face of our office and a reliable support to our team. This is a highly visible role at the front desk where you’ll manage visitor interactions and assist with a variety of administrative tasks across our company portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our office organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet visitors, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
- Maintain cleanliness, scheduling and organization of conference rooms. Prepare spaces for meetings particularly with partners and investors.
- Assist with administrative needs particularly relating to our realty brokerage and community management company.
- Provide general administrative support and contribute wherever needed to keep projects and operations moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role.
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and warm in both written and verbal interactions.
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take initiative to support the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word.
