If you work any of these holidays (except Christmas), you’ll be compensated at 1.5x your regular rate.

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail. 

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 

• Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment. 

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 

• Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele. 

• Able to work a flexible schedule.

With 3-5 years of retail sales experience in a base compensation-plus-commission environment, you excel at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and making every customer interaction impactful. Your primary focus will be on managing a high volume of transactions, where your dedication to exceptional service and your talent for upselling will set you apart and drive our store's performance.
