Duties
- Supervise and manage electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate project schedules
- Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Enforce federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and oversee daily safety meetings to promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project managers on construction schedule coordination, progress reporting, and resolving on-site issues
- Utilize construction safety management practices to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Skills
- Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately
