X3 is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a permanent direct-hire position with an established electrical contractor in St. George, UT.

What You'll Do
- Lead crews of 5-8 electricians
- Run commercial projects from start to finish
- Plan daily manpower, materials, and workflow
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with GCs, customers, inspectors, and other trades
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen
- Maintain project schedules, quality, and safety
- Complete daily reports and identify change order opportunities
- Ensure work meets NEC and OSHA requirements
What You Need
- Active Utah Journeyman Electrical License
- 5 years of Electrical Foreman experience
- Proven experience independently running commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plan, troubleshoot, and solve problems
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
