The Patient Registration Coordinator (PRC) is the first point of contact for patients visiting the office. This role provides administrative support, greets patients warmly, assists with check-ins and payments, and ensures the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
· Perform patient check-ins and verify insurance and demographic information.
· Collect copays as appropriate and issue receipts.
· Maintain the front desk area and ensure confidentiality of all patient interactions.
· Manage faxes, mail, and other documentation as outlined in the Front Desk SOP.
· Communicate scheduling or record issues promptly to office managers or the call center.
· Handle phone calls and appointment confirmations as needed.
· Ensure patient paperwork and ROI forms are completed accurately.
· Support administrative needs of clinicians and office managers.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum one year of experience in a medical or behavioral health front office preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with EHR systems, copay collection, and office equipment.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
