Accounts Payable Manager
My client is seeking an AP leader to take ownership of a high-volume Shared Services operation supporting multiple locations. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll lead a sizable team, improve processes, strengthen controls, and directly impact AP efficiency and service levels.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily AP operations, workflow, and team performance
- Coach and develop a large AP team
- Oversee reconciliations, vendor issues, disbursements, and invoice processing
- Establish and improve AP KPIs and processes
- Drive automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives
- Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience leading a larger AP or accounting team
- Shared Services or high-volume AP leadership experience
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP
- Accounting Manager experience with a heavy AP background is welcome
