Senior Investment Associate – Acquisitions
The Senior Investment Associate will play a key role on the acquisitions team, supporting the firm’s expanding investment activity across multifamily and opportunistically other product types nationally. This position offers meaningful responsibility in deal execution, underwriting, and transaction management, with some overlap into asset management. The role is based in Austin, Texas and requires a local presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, underwrite, and evaluate multifamily investment opportunities
- Build and review detailed financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal investment committee and senior leadership
- Lead and manage the due diligence process, coordinating third-party consultants, legal counsel, lenders, and internal teams
- Play an active role in deal execution, including page-turning and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
- Support transaction structuring and financing efforts alongside equity and debt partners
- Assist with market research, pricing analysis, and identifying value creation strategies
- Work closely with asset management to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition through ownership
- Take on increasing ownership of transactions as the acquisitions platform scales and the team expands over the next 12–24 months
- This role is well-suited for an investment professional with strong private equity or operator-side experience who is ready to step into a more senior, execution-oriented position with growing responsibility.
Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
