The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced and driven Asset Management Professional to join their small, high-performing team. This is a unique chance to take on a pivotal role with substantial responsibility, directly impacting the performance of their expanding portfolio. You will be a key player in the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to disposition, within a highly organized and institutional-quality firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm's multifamily portfolio to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors, including general contractors and lenders, as well as the firm's in-house property management teams.
- Analyze monthly property financials, identifying and implementing creative strategies to optimize net revenue, asset quality, and resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly performance reports to investors, managing communications via their institutional-grade reporting portal.
- Collaborate with the investment team on all aspects of the real estate process, from assisting with due diligence and acquisitions to supporting financings and dispositions.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-7 years of prior experience in real estate asset management with a reputable principal investment firm is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A professional temperament with a relentless drive for growth and process improvement.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
